Green Flash Brewing Co.’s Other World Irish Red was specially brewed for Keith Schlabs, the entire Flying Saucer Crew, and their loyal patrons. It was carefully crafted to Classic Irish Red parameters starting with a copper red color and low to medium candy-like caramel malt sweetness. There is also a subtle degree of roast malt complexity and medium hop flavor. Low levels of fruity esters are accentuated by fruity Nugget hop traits adding a Green Flash twist to an otherwise Classic Irish Red. Cheers! 5.2% ABV and 25 IBU.
