We’ve talked about the Michael Jackson Foundation before and continue to be big believers and supporters of their mission. Established by Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver, the foundation funds “technical education and career advancement for black, indigenous, and people of color in the brewing and distilling industries.” Named after one of the most influential humans in the history of craft beer, the MJF has awarded scholarships to 13 well-deserving individuals who are driven to make their mark on the brewing and distilling industries.
